Shipping
Items from Papir is shipped all over the world. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days, and can take 2-15 days depending on the destination. Shipping prices are in Danish Krone (DKK) and includes VAT.
Shipping prices:
to Denmark:
- Pick-up (by agreement in Kbh N) – 0 DKK
- Regular shipping w/ Track & Trace – 15 DKK – 55 DKK
to EU
- Shipping w/ Track & Trace – 35 DKK – 114 DKK
to the rest of the world:
- Without Track&Trace – 66 DKK
- With Track&Trace – 138 DKK
Shipping price varies according to package size, and will be calculated during check-out, when the customer has entered their shipping information (location).
Shipping company varies according to package weight, but includes services of PostNord and GLS. If you cannot find your country on the locations list when ordering, please send me an e-mail.
Return policy
If you regret your order, you can return in within 30 days from the day it is received.
In order to get a refund of the product(s), the product(s) must be:
- In perfect condition (no tears, holes, rips, stains etc.)
- Packaged in proper packaging to protect it during shipping
The customer covers the shipping costs during a refund. Original shipping cost for the products will not be refunded, only the product price(s).
The customer is responsible for the product(s) during transit from the customer’s home to my forwarding address. If the product(s) is/are lost in transit from the customer’s home to my forwarding address, I cannot offer a refund.
Please contact me by e-mail to note your request to return item(s) and receive a forwarding address.
24-month warranty
Products purchased on www.vivecajohansen.com come with a 24-month warranty. This means that you can get your order replaced, refunded or otherwise compensated if the product is in any way unsatisfactory or outright defect.
Complaints regarding the recieved product should be voiced within 14 days of recieving the product(s).
Following things are not eligible at justified complaints:
- Colour variations on handprinted artwork
- Slight variations in shapes on handmade objects
The artwork purchased on www.vivecajohansen.com is handmade and handprinted. Variations in hue and density of the pigments on each print can vary, due to the handprinting process. Colours are usually custom mixed and can therefor vary slightly from batch to batch compared to the online images.
Handmade objects can have small variations in shapes and sizes due to the handmade quality.
- Wrong order
If you have placed an order on a wrong product, it is not a justified complaint. See the return policy for a solution to this issue.
- Regretting your order
Regretting your order is not justified complaint. If you regret an order, you can write me immediately at info@vivecajohansen.com . If the order has been shipped, please see my return policy.

Papir – Viveca Johansen is by law allowed to keep this information for up to 5 years before the information is deleted. You data is protected and private, and will not reach any 3rd parties.
